Savage Postcards provides a service that allows users to create and send custom postcards with humorous or teasing messages to recipients within the United States.

While we embrace humor and light teasing, users may not create or send postcards that:
- Contain hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Include obscene or pornographic content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to refuse processing any postcard that violates these guidelines.
4. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Prices are listed in USD and include printing and delivery within the United States.
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided except in cases where we fail to deliver your postcard due to our error.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect information necessary to process your order and provide our service. This includes:
- Recipient address information (for delivery only)
- Your contact information (for order confirmation)
- Payment information (processed through Stripe)
- Postcard content

6. Delivery and Shipping
We strive to deliver postcards within 3-7 business days after ordering. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors outside our control (postal service delays, weather, etc.). We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to address errors provided by users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Savage Postcards and its owners are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to:
- Delivery delays or failures
- Recipient reactions to postcard content
- Errors in postcard printing or content
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
